1.- Attendance roster, Tally Clerk appointments, and quorum verification.

At 9:30 a.m., the first call to meeting was made by Mr. Armando Rincon Navarrete, and the
assembly was called to order at 10:10 a.m. Mrs. Sharron Janet Daigle and Mr. Thierry Defauw
were appointed as tally clerks, and they attested there were 4002.5 votes present, representing
57.38% of the Association’s member roster.
